SAITAMA: Same toilet. This is the Tank. There is a little faucet on the top of the tank on all toilets, publc and private, and I guess you are supposed to wash your hands with the freezing water that is refilling the tank after you flush. This toilet is special because Pooh-Pooh Bear™ is here to greet you. I wish he was explaining how to use the damn thing. Instead he is just saying "Let's all use the toilets cleanly!". I guess that means you shouldn't use it.
